Getting there
Near enough to the Maymar office that supervision stays with the same people. Lanes can be narrow. The programme has to respect that, including where a mixer can actually stand.
The ground
The constraint is width, not drama. Excavation, shuttering, and curing are sequenced so the next house can still open its gate. That sequence is written down. It is not left to the day.
Plots people bring
Compact residential plots. A double-height foyer usually steals a bedroom. We will say that in the first meeting.

Is a small plot cheaper to build?
The footprint is smaller. The edges are more awkward, and the rate per foot can be higher because everything is tight. We price the difficulty, not a slogan.
