Before we meet
What kind of work does MAYMARIAN take on?
Private villas, vertical residences, interiors, and master-planned communities along the Karachi coast and its inner gardens. We take on fewer projects so the site still has our attention.
Do you design and build?
Yes. Architecture, construction, and interiors sit in one studio. The drawing and the wall have the same author.
How long does a private house take?
Most residences take twelve to twenty-four months after permits, depending on land, structure, and the amount of custom joinery.
Do you work outside Karachi?
We are based in Karachi and work along the Arabian Sea belt. Further work is considered when the land and the client are worth the travel.
How do we begin?
Write to the studio or request a visit. First conversations are about land, life, and budget. Drawings come after we agree the problem is real.
Are the houses built for coastal weather?
Yes. Structure, glazing, and hardware are specified for wind, salt, and heat. Pretty that cannot survive August is not part of the work.
