A courtyard house that turns its back to the street and opens entirely to palms and still water.

Palm Court is a private villa organised around a square of water. The street elevation is quiet limestone. Inside, rooms fold toward a palm court that holds the heat and the light. Bronze, teak, and fair-faced concrete do the talking. Nothing extra was invited in.
