Site visits are scheduled. We do not pretend a Clifton job can be supervised casually from a Maymar lane on the same hour.

Apartments and tighter urban plots, not society yards. The section is vertical. Balconies are rooms.

Maymarian builds Karachi residential houses on 80, 120, 240, 400, 600, 800, and 1,000 square yard plots. You can take a labor rate, or a contract with material. The figure is given on the phone, for this plot.

Residences and renovation where the bones are worth keeping. We are selective. The coast does not get a casual grey-structure package.

Do you use the same specification as in Maymar?
No. Salt and wind change hardware, openings, and how the wall is detailed. A Maymar bungalow specification transplanted to Clifton will look tired early.
