Defence houses are often renovations of an existing shell: open the plan, keep what is sound, and detail the joinery once. Maymarian does that work from the Gulshan-e-Maymar office, with site days booked properly.
Getting there
DHA lanes are regulated and occupied. The programme respects gate timings and neighbours. Materials are not stored as if the street were a yard in a new scheme.
The ground
The issue is usually the existing house, not raw land. Structure is checked before a wall comes out. Coastal hardware still matters on the seaward phases.
