Getting there
The beach road is not a Maymar lane. Supervision is planned as coastal work, with the head office still at First R1 Lane in Gulshan-e-Maymar.
The ground
Corrosion is the editor. Bronze, teak, and fair-faced concrete are chosen because they can age. Coatings that claim they will look new in year twelve are not invited.

Is Palm Court in Seaview?
Yes. It is a completed courtyard villa in Seaview. It is not a Gulshan-e-Maymar house, and it is not a template we copy onto a Maymar plot.
