Six hundred square yards in Gulshan-e-Iqbal can hold the house and a separate outdoor room. The rooms should still be grouped. A plan that wanders across the plot makes a long roof and a tired walk.
What usually goes wrong
Spreading the building to touch more boundary looks generous on a drawing and expensive in concrete.
Labor rate
The labor rate follows the grouped plan. Open ground is not a labor item. A labor rate on grey structure is the mason, the carpenter, the steel fixer, and the helpers. You supply cement, steel, brick, sand, and crush. The stair opening and the toilet drops still have to be in the drawing, or the labor builds a frame the finish cannot use.

Material follows the slabs and the walls we actually build. Unused yardage should stay out of the bill. With material, those same items are in our contract. Steel weight and slab thickness are why two grey-structure quotes on the same Gulshan-e-Iqbal plot do not match. We name them before anyone orders.
