What a 10 marla house means in Scheme 33
Ten marla in Scheme 33 is large enough to sprawl. The part people cannot see in a finish photograph is the lanter, the concrete roof slab.
What usually goes wrong
Asking for a per-foot lanter rate with no span, no steel, and no answer about the floor above it. Those three are the slab.
Labor rate
Labor for the lanter is the carpenters and the steel fixers on that span. It is not the same job as an 80 yard roof. A labor rate on grey structure is the mason, the carpenter, the steel fixer, and the helpers. You supply cement, steel, brick, sand, and crush. The stair opening and the toilet drops still have to be in the drawing, or the labor builds a frame the finish cannot use.
With material
With material, the lanter is cement, steel, and thickness. Another floor on top of it changes the steel. We say so before the pour. With material, those same items are in our contract. Steel weight and slab thickness are why two grey-structure quotes on the same Scheme 33 plot do not match. We name them before anyone orders.
What moves the figure
The grey-structure figure in Scheme 33 moves with the hole we dig, the span of the lanter, whether another floor sits on it, and how much brickwork is inside the stop line.

10 marla lanter in Scheme 33
A 10 marla house in Scheme 33 is large enough to sprawl. The searches that arrive with it are often about the lanter, the concrete roof slab, because that is the part of the cost people cannot see in a finish photograph.
The lanter moves with steel, cover, bay size, and whether a floor above it is real. We do not publish a per-foot lanter rate. Grey structure on a 10 marla plot includes that slab decision in the written scope, after we have walked the ground.
On a filled Scheme 33 plot the grey structure is the whole risk. Footings follow the soil we find, not a detail copied from a Maymar lane two kilometres away. If the fill is loose, we say so before the steel is ordered.

If the Scheme 33 plot is filled, the footing follows the soil in the hole. A detail borrowed from another block is only a guess.
Travel from our Gulshan-e-Maymar office is short enough that the same site engineer can hold the job. Access inside Scheme 33 depends on the block. We visit before we programme concrete.
Some Scheme 33 land is filled. Footings follow that fact. We do not reuse a Maymar footing detail on a plot that sponges underfoot. The plinth is set to the road you have, including the monsoon level of that road.
