A 240 square yard plot in Karachi is large enough to waste. The useful house is the one whose covered area matches the family, with a stair and wet rooms decided before the concrete. Maymarian will not quote a finished cost until that covered area and the finish level are drawn.
Plot size is not the fee
People ask what a 240 yard house costs because 240 yards is a familiar Karachi plot, including in Gulshan-e-Maymar. The plot is the land. The fee follows the concrete, the blockwork, and the finish you actually want.
