120 square yards is not a smaller 240. The section, the stair, and the wet areas change. Renovation on this plot starts with measuring the lane, including the cut the road has already taken.
Renovation here is usually an occupied ground floor with a family upstairs, or a house that was left at plaster. Work is staged so one bathroom stays usable. That is a site problem, not a brochure line.
