Maymarian Builders And Developers Company, owned by Tariq Mansoor Bangash, designs and builds houses in Gulshan-e-Maymar from First R1 Lane, A42. We are a construction company. The society itself was planned by Maymar Housing Services. Those are different names, and we do not sell society plots.

Scheme 33 is a large Karachi scheme beside the Maymar side of the city. Maymarian will build there when the plot, the fill, and the road are real. A drawing that assumes a finished lane is how a budget breaks.

Gulzar-e-Hijri
Gulzar-e-Hijri is a lived-in residential area next to Scheme 33. Maymarian builds new houses and repairs older ones there, with the neighbour's wall and the lane drainage treated as part of the drawing.

Saadi Town
Saadi Town clients usually want a family bungalow that a car, a kitchen, and a hot afternoon can all survive. Maymarian draws that house and builds it, with the office still in Gulshan-e-Maymar.

Ahsanabad
Ahsanabad houses are often on tighter plots than the 240 yard Maymar houses people use as a comparison. Maymarian plans fewer rooms that fit, and builds grey structure without taking over the neighbour's lane.

Surjani Town
Surjani Town is further from the Maymar office than Scheme 33. Maymarian still builds there, with deliveries and site days planned for that distance instead of discovered halfway through the frame.

North Karachi
North Karachi is an established residential area. A lot of the useful work is renovation of 1990s houses, or a new frame after a demolition. Maymarian does both, and does not pour a new footing on top of an old one to save a week.

Malir
Malir is inland Karachi: orchards, older houses, and newer housing on the same map. Maymarian plans shade first. A veranda that works in the afternoon is the point of the house.

Clifton
Clifton is coastal Karachi. Hardware, plaster, and glazing that survive August are the specification. Maymarian's office is in Gulshan-e-Maymar; the coast is a place we build, not a second brand.

Defence
Defence houses are often renovations of an existing shell: open the plan, keep what is sound, and detail the joinery once. Maymarian does that work from the Gulshan-e-Maymar office, with site days booked properly.

Seaview
Seaview is wind and salt on a residential plot. Maymarian designs the quiet street side and the open court, and specifies materials that can take the air. Palm Court, one of our villas, sits in this part of the city.

Hawke's Bay
Hawke's Bay is the western edge of Karachi, windier and lonelier than a Maymar sector. Maymarian takes a house there when the land and the client justify the travel. Nocturne, a villa in construction, is on this coast.
