If the house is already standing and you want a floor added, that is a look at the existing structure, not a paint job. House construction either includes the upper floor now or it says the slab cannot take it.
Malir building is about shade and a long roof more than a street facade. Orchard edges and newer housing sit in the same district. The house should be cool at the veranda before it is impressive from the gate.
